Kalinda likes guys and girls. A few episodes back in Season 2 she said that she 'doesn't differentiate' which may suggest that she is pansexual (on wikipedia they describe it as basically 'being gender-blind'. Pansexuality is basically when you're attracted to any person, no matter what they identify as gender wise or what their biological sex is), but I don't know how much of this really matters.
