  • hmmm,no way u are pulling 60tons with that tractor. its even hard to pull 25tons with it

  • 56 880kilos. Hard to pull 25? I dont know much about your driving skills, but now i feel sorry for you..

  • the volvo mean : poewr

  • some machine lad have four valtras m130 t130 8350 an a 6550 an i fuckin live on im some bus i love the grunt out a d 8000 serious

  • some machine lad have four valtras m130 t130 8350 an a 6550 an i fuckin live on im some bus i love the grunt out a d 8000 serious

  • I'm more into MF, but i've been driving valtra also, and my opinion is, that 8000 series is only real tractor series from valtra.

  • love that <3

  • yeah theyre good tractors we had them pullin silage trailers and never gave too much trouble but to be fair there not quiet as good as the john deere or the fendt and not the most comfortable to drive but good tractors all the same

  • the 8000 series are the real valtra/valmet!!!

  • I belive so to. I miss both the 8000-series i used to drive at work. One of them "became" a T190, and the other one became a Case Puma CVX. A little extra weight on the 8000-series and suddenly you got youirself a strong, steady machine!

  • yeah, too bad they stopped making the 8000 series...we have a valmet 8000, 1995 mod and a valtra valmet 8550, 2000 mod....and I have never had a problem with any one of them, the valmet 8000 is just over 10000 hours and the valtra valmet 8550 is around 3700 hours. and both goes like they were new.

  • @longstromp

Ok, i see. Nice to hear that you like your ValtraValmets too, and i agree with you, it`s too bad that they doesn`t exist anymore. A new 8950, with longer wheelbase and a little more weight, and the new powershift transmission, then you would have a perfect tractor.

  • yeah! that would be a dream come true : D

  • power!

  • Ja, då var där fan bra tryck. Alltid när den fick dra för fullt så tändes lampan att där var stopp i luftfiltret.. Men nu är där inte samma tryck längre, börjar väl bli gammal o sleten...

  • 4 years ago, my dad bought a T160. I was almost in tears that time. I drove some 1000's hrs on mostly JD's and CaseIH's. But now valtra's my favorite. it just drives great, and sisu is a great engine.

  • Is that so? That`s what i use to tell people, i tell them to drive it for a while before they open their mouth, becase Valtra is really OK to drive.

  • I have Driven VALTRA now for 12 years. and i can tell that it is the most realiable worker anywhere from silage to foresting! newest N141 is really worth every penny.

  • Most of the guys who says that Valtra is shit have not owned one themselves. You wouldn't be dissapointed if you bought one!

I have both an Valtra T160, and a MF 8250 and I would say that I like my Valtra more!

  • I think you are right. It`s not luxury tractor in any kind of way, but the things i like about Valtra make`s them really speciell. Is that so? I always thought that MF 82-series is a very good tractor, looks really solid in some way.. (excuse my english..)

  • You must still be in Nappies little boy!! I have driven the top brands and at the end of my Farming career (24yrs) i had a Valtra (8450) which was the most reliable work horse i have ever worked! Changed my amber beacons for blue beacons. Think before you type little boy, better still grow up!!!!

  • It`s rather sad that people don`t have something better to do, than just write crap on other people`s Youtube pages.. I feel sorry for you, i hope you one day find a old shoe or something elso to play with..

  • i hope you mean Farm boy as i like to wynd people like him up. It is sad but some people go a little bit to far as you can see!!!!

  • How do we know you're pulling anything at all?! You never showed the wagons!

  • You have a point there :)

  • Drove and owned a Valtra 8450 for 2years, pulling 18ton most days, so i know when the engine tune is a working tune!!

  • Come on, do you thing it take`s almost 60seconds to reach 40km/h if i did`nt pull anything?

  • Ther is a picture of the tractor and the wagons in the movie called "Tidala Movie", 19sec...

  • What a bra sound, "Ultimate Power" :-))

  • domage il y a pas de photo!!!!

  • it sounds amazing

  • we valtra valmet 8959HT 300hp tuned and new turbo(BIG)

  • how are the brakes on one of those things?

  • The brakes is absolutely perfect, we have brakes on all 5 axles, and on all 4 tirers on the tractor. So it´s like braking a car, put the foot on the pedal, and it slowes down nice, push on the pedal, and it stops, with our head in the window.. =)

  • Turbo vinkuu ;)

  • valtra power

  • wath's he pulling??

  • It`s wheat, we are driving the wheat to a town nearby that is called Ystad.

  • no way in hell this is pulling 60 ton that fast with 220 hp!!!

  • He's going downhill, have a close look at the angle of the walls of the house, vs. the road ;)

Nevertheless a strong tractor, this Valmet :)

  • I an not sure, but i think the downhill starts when i almost got the speed up, but i`m not sure.. But in the end there is downhill, absolutely.

  • I understand that you are not driving Valtra.. 60ton, pieco of cake, no transmission that "steals" horsepower..

  • nice i drive 8350 but that can pull like a train not like theses john deeres what can't pull

  • valtra 8950HT has 200hp. 36+36r gears. its allmost similar to first T series tractors. (t120-t190, not new ones , t131-t191) .manual gearbox owns ;) t150 pulls much better than 25hp more powerfull MF 7465 with stepless trans.

  • Yes, but this is a little tuned, so there is a few horse`s more..

  • It is not a secret anymore, that many tractors with stepless transmissions cannot keep up with older tractors with simple gearbox, in transport and in the field...

My brother used to work for a contractor:

An old Fendt 612 LSA uses less fuel transporting a 15 ton trailer, than a 411 on the same route with the same trailer !

In the field, this 411 vario was outworked by a Fendt 307 3 cylinder !

  • how many hp is that valtra

  • Hmm, somewhere between 200-220hp i belive..

  • no way thats pulling 60 ton

  • Belive it or not.. Its no problem to weigh 60 tonnes with those wagons, 25 metres long..

  • I have to tell you, I'm a John Deere man to be honest, but I really like your videos, and the sound actually. :)

Did you pull 60 ton? :o

I've pulled 55 ton. With a John Deere 7920, I like that machine. How are Valtra to drive in, I can hear there are manual transmission in this one, correct me if I'm wrong.

Does any of your other Valtra's come with a stepless transmission?

Og så er det jo lige i mit naboland Sverige. :D

    Hilsner fra Danmark! ;)

  • Hello! Thats nice to hear! =) I like John Deere too.. Actually, i only weight 56 880 kg, so no, not that time. But all the other times o weigh everything between 60-70 tonnes.. Including the tractor. So at this time there was 36 tonnes corn on the wagons.

Valtra is a "simple tractor, 4 groups with 3 powershift gears. Nothing that "steals" power that is.. Like an old Volvo tractor.. I like Valtra, the are simple, strong and always works.

  • jävla bra klipp, har ni flere valtra?

  • Tackar!

  • i skåne?

  • Javisst, så långt ner i söder du kan komma i princip..
