  • Thanks for sharing this video. I'm going to make soup out of our jack o'lantern (hate to waste!), and have been wandering all over having a look at recipes. Got some great ideas from yours so many thanks from this Yank! Cheers

  • @earthcrystal19 Thank you Crystal, great to hear from you, it was funny I noticed a dramatic rise in views of this video over the last few weeks. We thought it must have been something to do with Halloween. Good luck with that. If your interested in baking bread by hand, please check out my latest upload. It's onion & poppy seed bread rolls.I've just learned of what I believe could be a well kept secret. Using potato water in the bread. The rolls are so soft & fluffy.I'm making more tomorrow, bye

  • That was great!!! I don't know how you would go about doing this, but I think your videos would make for a super cooking show on American television. Maybe you could mail a dvd of some of your videos to The Food Network. Seriously. Wait a minute...I bet you two are one step ahead of me on that one. Well, I'm going to make some of that soup to go along with that pumpkin bread.

Take care and I'll be keep an eye out for that new cooking program from down under.

  • @justkarmatoo Thank you for those flattering comments Mr K. I'm just keen to inspire people & be inspired by others. I'm keen to try new things, I get excited when I try something new & it turns out ok. My next new thing to try is gnocci, seeing as I have all these spuds. I hope everythings ok in the L.S.S. take care, I'll catch ya later.

  • Sounds good to me!!! Nice recipe! Thanks!!!

  • @TheVittleVlog Thank you Rick. Our friends gave us 11 out of 10, but they couldn't taste the pumpkin, we could. I forgot that I put the chili in. Their not used to chili. Those kippflers really made the soup creamy, I might use them with my first attempt at the gnocci. My brain's working over-time, I got pinto beans in the freezer, some tomato soup, all these other bits & pieces. This gnocci will be fabulous. Thanks again Rick, I'll catch ya later.
