He actually starts out playing Rachmaninoff Eitheenth variation from Rapsodie on a theme of Paganini. Then plays John Barry's Somewhere in Time and ends with Rachmaninoff.
Wow.... Very bueatiful.. this is my parents favorite song, they even have a music box that plays it... There 20th anniversery is in three years and i want to play this song for them.. i already know how to play the piano.. but i dont know if i could do it in time..
who did not grow up listening to rachmaninoff on their parents turn table? i know i did.. this brought many hours of dancing with lacy scarves and learning to plee and dream...still so beautiful...
No one can play this selection as you do. Your passion, style and flair at the keyboard is truly remarkable. Thanks for all the joy your music brings.
David, This is wonderful, I will share with so many of my friends. Thank you for sharing your music and talent with the world to hear and enjoy it is such a nice change from most of the music of today. You are a very special person who truly loves his music and plays from his heart.
It's the best version I ever heard here! Thank you so much for sharing your impressive performance, you played it with such intensity and emotion. Please share more popular songs on piano! Thank you :)
By far my favorite Lomasola You Tube video. So much passion and talent. Mr. Lomascola does an amazing job on this piece. Can't you just feel what he is feeling? Great camera/video too--Mr. Lomascola at the piano and in life--I hope to see more like this one!

Its amazing how this music wasn't nominated for an academy award. Do you know if Liberace himself ever played this piece?
