i came up with a trick very similar to this but using the index and middle fingers instead. With my trick you can make it come out of the deck vertically or you can shot it out horizontally away from you.
De'vo did invent the one handed vertical spin where the card jumps vertically and lands back on the deck with one hand. The horizontal spin has been published but not the vertical spin. It's De'vo's.
De'vo didn't invent this, it's been around for a looooong time. Same goes for most magicians actually, a lot of their tricks are "borrowed" - or rather they have the original inventor's permission to use 'em in their shows.
i did this move too and that before de'vo released it. just because he had it on his dvd doesn't mean he is the inventor of it. other people came upt with it too like me. and i did it myself without any inspiration

You can't copyright a move. You can only copyright recorded media. If anyone explains a move in their own words, then it's perfectly legal.
