Either way, there's nothing really cyber about them, except for the drum machine. But if they are cybergrind because of the drum machine, then death metal bands with a drum machine would also be cyber death metal. Doesn't work.

I think people refer to their drum machine as being "cyber". Personally, I just call it grindcore. I think  "Cybergrind" is just another label that contributes nothing.

Yeah, I just call it grindcore too, but cybergrind is just used incorrectly most of the time. There certainly does exist real cybergrind.

Cybergrind is just grindcore with strong electronic elements. (Look up Gigantic Brain for a good example), and ANB is (at least in my opinion) not cybergrind at all, they just have a drum machine. But yeah cybergrind is a real genre. Just be warned, there are very few good cybergrind bands.
