The issue with abuse is simple...lack of prosecution and punishment. Abusers gte nothing whie most of the victims get a ife sentense..maybe if we started to actually punish abusers...the numbers would drop.

Go to a search engine and learn about "The Neglect of Neglect"; it will awaken you to how Neglect continues to be silently handed down, generation after generation.
