how about this ! everyone is racist ! yea thats it ! hey what if a cop that was chinese did this to a man that was pakistani ? what then ? oh no what are we going to do there is so much racist people , oh no !
It doesn't matter if you're in church, in your backyard, in Disneyland.Disorderly conduct is justification for being arrested.
Why make a police officers day harder?Professor Gates(big title woo hoo) lost his cool & made what could have been an easy situatoin to resolve to escalate to his arrest.
The police are damned if they do and damed if they don't.How'd you like their job? Then there's Obama. What an idiot.
Gates is responsible for his conduct.Crowley acted within his authority.
Why do you act like white people don't commit crimes? The media isn't out to inform us, it's there to keep us confused and divided. The race card on any level is weak, I feel it's week because we don't approach it like intelligent people.

why do american live in this make-believe perfect world, everybody know america have a double standed when it come to white and black people, some peoples will never understand racial profiling until it happen to you or a love one, it's was ok for Obama to say sorry but not ok for the cop to say sorry to gates, who is right, it's all come back to color because y
So the first Amendment means nothing. Should we burn the Constitution? Ok Let's forget black and white right now. We have to think about the law. You can say whatever you want. Let's remember that they dropped the charges, why? If you can prove that the law is on your side then you should be locked up. The ENRON scandal is proof of this, George Bush's buddy got arrested for that mess and went to jail because the law was proven in favor of the people.
Freedom of speech doesn't mean you can "disturb the peace" or be "disorderly", if there is a law on the books that forbids it...if you don't like the law, change it, but Gates was clearly disorderly, and that's why he was arrested.
Why were the charges dropped? Gee, I'm sure it had *nothing* to do with his being friends with the POTUS.....
If you say so. The man was in his home. The race card, I'm not feeling that too quick to pull that card out. There are people who do get profiled and don't even use it. All I'm saying is we have been tricked. You have rights, you're born free and people try to tell what you can or can't say. If you talk about my mother should I use my authority to arrest you, no that was a bad choice. People with out enforcement authority get insulted and what do they do?
The man was in his home. The police showed up and said they were investigating a report & asked him for his ID. This is abuse?
Or did something else happen, something we're not hearing about, in between Crowley asking for his ID & screaming-ranting "This is how black men are treated in America!" ???
Maybe Crowley showed up and tased him and Gates forgot to mention it?
Or maybe Gates was just making false abuse charges cuz he's making a movie....
It doesn't matter if he was screaming. You have to understand what rights and privileges are. The People have all the rights and government has privileges. We have been conditioned to let go of our rights and to believe that we are the one's with privileges. It's not about race, don't get stuck on race. Gates is using race, please let it go because the media is feeding into that and using it. Unfortunately it's working.
Pretending that Gates was abused is a false accusation. He wasn't abused, and his arrest was well within the law. Crying wolf doesn't help ppl who really are abused by police.
You might want to read what the actual text of the law "disorderly conduct" is.
Laws forbidding disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace are perfectly legal. If the majority in a given township vote for such a law, and you decide to be an ass like Gates, you are breaking a law.
"Many types of obnoxious or unruly conduct may fit the definition of disorderly conduct, as such statutes are often used as "catch-all" crimes. Police may use a disorderly conduct charge to keep the peace when a person is behaving in a disruptive manner, but presents no serious public danger." The man was in his home. I don't disagree about pulling the race card. You can't be disorderly in your home. It's a public offense.
The guy should have stayed in his home. He should have left the cop leave in peace.
The trouble came when he went outside for the express purpose of humiliating that cop by screaming false charges of abuse and racism.
Like most people who have trouble with the police, this guy brought it on himself.
People who can't accept the fact that authority exists are like people walking into walls then screaming in astonished rage when their head breaks before the wall does...
that professor is a trad....just obey be nice and you wont be messed with.....shit i should go break in houses and then say thats my house and hope the police leaves hahaha
They just released the 911 call and the caller never says the race of the suspects but yet on the police reports it states "2 Black guys with back packs.."
hmmmmmm..how did that get on the report when the caller never said it? Also the black cop there stated in a interview that if he'd had got there sooner the outcome would have been different. He stated and I quote "I wouldve had a Blackman to Blackman talk with him"...
Its safe to say you should stop making videos out your ass.
This was the best music.
