i liked this ep because it presented something different amd well i guess they wanted to show that no matter what, you can't hide that joyful dancing urge. thats the feeling i get from watching this ep. after all these years ive always kept the tune in my head and found it here on youtube again :)
Holy crap! Is this Xena Warrior princess! I loved this show. Well, the first 4 seasons. When the writers started to show homo-sexual things in the show and games, that forced me to stop. But yeah Xena was awesome at a time. this dance proves it! XD
@BlueMageWithSoulEdge the homosexualness wasn't a problem for me, it was the fact that nearly every tv show at the time felt the need to make the charecters gay. buffy the vampire slayer's willow and tara, Xena: gabs and xena. Not that it was 100% Clear. Either way, it was such a good series then the whole eli and battle of heaven and hell came and eve and the future and it kind of went down hill from there. I loved classic Xena. i felt that in the last few seasons they tried too hard.
@LiveLaughLove8489 I get where you're coming from friend. I'm able to take homo-eroticism in tiny bits; but in the latter seasons they just flagged it. The 1st 3 or 4 seasons didn't have that, so why mess up a good thing. When "gay" Xena hit, her character changed and the compatibility changed with Gabriele. It made their relationship in simple stories really assigning, like when Gabriele had a baby season and then Xena had a baby the following season.
@BlueMageWithSoulEdge The story was great, they didn't need to go to the future in mix with different religions, they should have kept the gods like ares etc. That would have been a better foundation, It was like they were trying to get views up and decided to expand to other types of people. i have no problems at all with people being gay, love is love to me, but it gets annoying when it just changes from best friends one season to lovers the nxt, ruins the whole basis of the show.
@hankthecowdog115 i know! it's like there is not sexual tension b4 ina ny season, then boom! One seson later, it all changes. I was like whoa, whiplash! Then the ending to the show? Horrible, I think if Xena had gotten married and had a child, they might have travled together with gabriella and her kids or whatever and teaching self defense to the towns and helping protect them. Like the aquivalent of navy brats etc. They messed up l8r on in the series. Though i did like Eve. Th@ was a gr8 twist

Lol, I mean, I confess I haven't seen all the episodes, however I've read all the scripts and I was extremely taken a back. Lol, but whatever, my opinion counts for nothing. Just saying that's all.
