She is lip-synching here to the 60's classic by Lesley Gore, but you're actually correct in another way.

Shannen Doherty DOES have a good singing voice.She made a TV movie in the late 90's in which she played a college student who was the lead singer of a band. If memory serves me correctly, she not only sang, but wrote each song she performed. And she rocked!
