When my ex broke up with me, I didn't want to do anything except play piano and play my music. That's all I did. I isolated myself from everyone, didn't talk to anyone. I just sat and played piano to whatever my heart desired. I came up with many emotional pieces and even ones with lyrics, most of which I can't remember. Coldplay inspired a portion of those songs I made up. I come back upon this song and I just have the memories of the loneliness wash over me, and realize I'm still lonely.

It's hard for me to cry. I don't like crying. I don't show my emotions much. I just hold them in. Everyone says it bad. I can't help it. Now I here this, and I...I don't know, I just feel... sad... Now everyday I tell my emotions to friends, I am letting it out. I wouldn't even cry if my friend was, I would just stare. I know hear this and think, I was so mean to everyone, when they would cry and all I would do was stare.

@RiverIce1 i hold all my emotions in too.. and eventually i cant hold it in anymore and i just burst into tears for a long time. i dont tell anyone anything. when i go to school everyone just knows me as the girl whos always smiling and cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. then when i actually show im sad for once at school everyone just says' "make me laugh." im always here if you wanna talk. i dont know you but youre amazing! dont ever give up on anything in life <3

@RiverIce1 Thanks for sharing your thoughts. What you say is sweet, having feelings... I use songs like these to have some feelings come out, most I didn't even know I had... I don't cry, I comfort. I don't show emotion, I just tough it out. These songs show me to show emotion, no matter how small...

@RiverIce1 The thing is, I didn't share my emotions or worries or problems with my friends, and I still don't. I'm one of those people, who if I let my own problems get to my head, they stay there and I end up crying. And I don't stop. And then I can't focus on my friends, who are struggling. I need to help them, and I don't want to let them know how incredibly bottled up I am. But for them, it's worth it. Sucks for me, I guess. :P
