Leadership does not come from hard work. Leadership does not come from discipline. Leadership comes from your belief system and from the Spirit of the Living God! Your video so aptly shows this. Martin Luther King, Jr. had a dream, a dream given to him by God, and nothing stood in his way, he was fearless, because of what he believed and knew in his heart, and with that he changed America! And he was a servant of Jesus Christ!
There is no reason to appeal to the greatness of others. It is only when we care, that we do this. And this comes from our belief system. The greatest commandment: Love thy neighbor as thyself. When we believe this, and when we do it, we automatically encourage others to their God given greatness. Franklin Covey is a company, but the power is not appealing to nice ideals, but to The Truth. And yes you can as a company say it. And when you do, watch out, then your company will be blessed
Wonderful video. Beautifully photographed. Inspired. Uplifting, life-giving. But i ask you this, why should I appeal to the greatness in others? Because it is nice? Because children deserve it? Because people no matter what stage in life deserve it? There must be a reason. And where does that greatness come from? From God. From the divine that has been put in all of us. When we honor each other, and encourage others to become all they can be, we honor Him. And He is JesusChrist

Jon Schmidt was playing his piece "Waterfall;" it's a piano piece, but this was a cool arrangement of it.
