@iloilo671 Yeah, $20,000 for a Scion TC is a lot cheaper than spending $30,000 for a new mustang GT. Plus the insurance. Good for you on buying a mustang. My dad has an '07 GT California edition. Its a hot car. I don't like the new body style of the '11 but I like the 5 litre!!

@iloilo671 No offense but the 2011 mustang GT is n a different class then the TC is. It all comes down to what you can afford. If you can afford a mustang, great. If you can't well go for something cheaper....

Congrats on getting the mustang to corner. Most people go for drag with stangs. I run at road atlanta a few times a months and I've only seen ONE mustang and it ate my shit...but then again he had a 2011 ROUSH and wow. I havn't seen any later year models tho.

ya but its not the same price range and value for the money, the panoramic sunroof is itself a 2000$ option on the mustang... its standard on the tc etc.....

this is a great car and a lot of fun for the money.

Panoramic view for nothing, theres no space cars yet. The actual purpose is to give u the feel of a "bigger car" and not let u feel like u r in a civic.

the main sale point of this vehicle is for someone who like the coupe look, but has the hatchback feature. the reason why this car might out sale the mustang is gas consumption. other than that toyotas are crap. Go buy a honda if you are going green.

I am a soon to be freshman college student and it turns out, my parents may be able to grant me a 20k present to buy a new car next year (2011), any difference would be on me + tax. I have narrowed it down to the Scion Tc 2011 or the Mazda 3 2011? I have compared them over and over, htey are pretty much the same in specs. I like the style of the Tc, but the Mazda seems more reliable... HELP....!

I ruled out the lancer, corolla and civic... I may consider the Elantra...

It's not a two door Corolla XRS. The new XRS shares the same engine platform, but so does the Rav4, Camry, and I forget what other vehicle.

2 doors doesnt make a car a coupe. look the mercedes cls, its a 4 door coupe. the scion tc is a hatchback due to its back door. when you open it the whole back goes up. making it a hatchback. get your information right
