@tdawg32197 the treatment will very depending on what you are treating for. I would suggest just reading up as much as you can and make sure to provide everything he will need to maintain the best water quality. Dont overwhelm yourself with "treatments" until you need to actually treat the shark with something :)

@pizcobabe sharks are transferred to larger tanks (10,000 gallons +) from this point. I keep each shark no longer then a year. The tank alone will very depending on wehre you look for one. My best advice would be to check craigs list and try and find a really nice setup in good condition for cheap. Thank you for your compliments and thanks for watching =)

@Saltwatertanks: leopards can not be purchased unless 3 feet or larger. black market prices on these animals are $800-$1,200 per shark depending on patterns. These sharks all come from people donating the animals so they can be cared, cured, prior to transferring to public aquariums.

leopards DO get huge and are illegal to keep under 3'... you can NOT buy them at your local fish store.

i think you will be fine, only thing is that the chance of you coming home to having your sharks eyes picked out from your trigger is VERY high... good luck bro on that. could be pretty painful to the shark. keep a close watch!

they get pretty big fast so be ready for it to grow
