Why do people love to hate on the judges so much? It's their job to judge, comment on what someone should work on, and what they did well in the dance. There is nothing personal about their comments. It's not judgmental; it's criticism. Yeah, sometimes it can be harsh, but it's a dancing competition. If you can't dance, then expect a low score! Gosh..

The first season was win by Alec, a russian dancer. This first season was like a pilot. But after that, all pros winners were Americans, for the next 11 seasons. An East European will never win this, in my opinion. And I don't really know why. Karina and JR are the best this season and they should win, but I think it will be Derek. Stastistics play for him. By the way I am not European nor American. Maybe, if they will replace the judges, it will give a new breath to this show. Don't know...

I don't think Chaz was treated any differently and I don't believe Bruno meant any harm with his words. I do want to make one point. Take two dancers, and lets say they both did equally as poor. I believe the judges will give the dancer with the interesting background, or older age, an unfairly higher mark, than the dancer who danced the same dance and who might be younger or have not as interesting of a background. My main point is, this is a DANCE competition and should be treated as such.

30 professional dancers have competed on DWTS from seasons 1 through 12 yet 11 of them have been won by just five pro dancers. Derek Hough won 3, Mark Ballas, Cheryl Burke, Julianne Hough and Kym Johnson won 2 each. The sole win was in season 1 by Alec Mazo. Four of the five winning pros were on this season and three remain - Derek, Kym and Cheryl. Six couples are still in leaving a 50% chance of a repeat pro winner again this season. How can one not see Mak's point with statistics like that?

Judges are being rude!! Calling Chaz a "penguin'' is as rude as if someone called Bruno "Italian Nazzi", Carrie Ann "Honolulu fatty" and Len "Old fart"!!!

@tatkasratka Oh come on. Penguin was an allusion to the outfit. It's, for instance, the classic simile used for waiters. And Len's opinion about Hope's performance was absolutely honest and fair. As was the fact that 50% was Maks's fault. The choreography was really bad. Both were out of line maybe, but Len was not being unfair.

I don't hate or dislike Chaz but he was really just walking around most of the time. Thats not to say he did not work hard and try his best. I mean this is "Dancing with the Stars" and some good dancers went home far to soon. As for Maks (who I like) he says things that come out the wrong way sometimes but he always has a point he is trying to get across. Sometimes he is the only one who says what all the others are thinking.

@LittleMak1 Close enough, he actually judges the British show first before the American one. Even now he is going back and forth between England and LA don the show on both sides with Len. So when he first learned english he picked up the British ascent and somehow fused it with his italian ascent.
