Will It Light? Water

You can add salt to water and other fluids and get the same results (they showed that experiment in my Physics class). This is a hoax where the experiment results have absolutely nothing to do with the claims. It simply shows that the water can conduct electricity when made a solution.  We need water for hydration and food for the energy. Electrolytes in water are a nice extra boost when dehydrated, but water in and of itself should normally do the job.

part 1: Hi ZoZem, I guess so, conductivity of that "strange" thing called electricity (a manifested quality of CHI ) .The kind of Minerals in the water will determine its conductivity.(a principle of water Ionizers) That's why the biochemic condition (in terms of cellsalts and minerals) of the bodily fluids has to be in balance to "conduct" Lifeforce/Chi (what's in a name ) so that a Lifeform/body can receive it's "Information" to function properly...

pH level is important, but you can still have an alkaline water with a positive ORP which means it does not have much electrons. The lower the ORP number the better. So Dr. Young would say the best water is that with a high pH AND a low ORP....high pH is good, but not enough

So the test is whether or not the high pH water conducts electricity. The light of course, does have another power sources. Right?

@ZoZem Yes. It would change the world if we could power light bulbs with liquid. There is a 110v power supply to the bulb. The probe acts as a switch that only closes when the conductivity of the fluid increases.
