I bought Inwards with the slit you know for a regular double clamp i just ordered the SCS (brass Knuckle) can i just cut the slit off and put them on with my Brass knuckle, or do i have to buy new bars Please write back.

yeah just cut off the slits and you can keep the bars and the same height on your bars.

but if you wanna keep the bars AND add two inches to your height you can cut a fork tube off and stick it in the bars to cover the slits
