I would agree that racial profiling of blacks is wrong if they committed 13% of the crime since they are 13% of the population, but the fact is that they commit over half of the crime in the US. If you owned a business and knew that a certain product was doing poorly does it not make sense that you would put more attention on the struggling product and not focus equally as that is the most inefficient thing to do. The most efficient thing would be to focus on the problem and not ignore it.
