i really don't understand why they made a fun ultra, if you can barely even use it. It only works on some ultras like Cody's first ultra, and regular attacks, makes no sense if your trying to counter Ex attacks and or ultras. Notice how in this vid, the timing is obviously incorrect (esp. since its a counter) and the spacing is actually quite bad (it's close-range, not near or mid screen or far range: but person-to-person). If it had more (far more!) invincibility frames with a higher priority hitbox and an action that enabled it to counter counters, it'd be overpowered.

i actually like this ultra. And by knowing these moves, you learn to just avoid them. Also, it's easy to use if they try to cross up. A big punish! :D It's so satisfying to catch them. There are alot of moves to catch people with, just be aware! :D
