There is no comparison to be made between organised crime in the UK and that in the USA or even Australia. I read Charlie's first book and it made him out to be a kind hearted misunderstood, badly treated but good person. It made me sign a petition to have him released. However I read the second book and it had more input from Charlie himself and, well, ....read it for yourself and see what you think....

@lekotar I'll agree that he's got his problems, he is a violent man. But I feel 30 years of solitary confinement is going too far. I'm not an expert, but it seems to me that he's mellowed out a bit in his later years. I'm not saying he should be put back on the street, but they could at least give him a chance to have some contact with people.
