The History channel had some kind of special in which they said the U.S military studied the way the Ringling trains (like this one) were loaded for military applications.
The train was coming from Jacksonville, Fl on the video going through Rice Jct heading toward the Fitz. The train was later reported in Birmingham, Al. If It had been heading for NC, they would have gone on to Jesup and Savannah. The other unit was heading for Columbia, SC from Orlando, Fl the week before.

I live in Waycross and have EVER seen the train come through in person.
