very informative video it's such a blessing that you would share the dialogue, though if I could have seen exactly what you were doing it probably would have helped myself and others more accurately as to how to self exam. I go for my mamogram on the 29th at the YWCA. They are offering free mamograms here in CA.

I hate them because the machine can pinch at times. But it's gonna be done for health sake. :)

When I do my exam, I usually do it in the shower :)

you sound like my old ROSDAHL LOL... tell what palpate means, i had to explain it to my friend with me. when you said axillary, i was thinking you were gonna say tail of spence..lol... Men should check too.. its not common but some men do get breast CA. love the tips and the look!

Great video! So informative and truly important. I lost my aunt to breast cancer last year and because of that, the women in my family are even more active in our quest for getting our checkups and mammograms or what not. So thanks for sharing!
