Oh about 60mpg ont the street before the mods, now about 30 mpg after the mods. But WAY worth it to me. I rarely ride on street except to get to trails.
@nd4spd420 Well if it is good mileage you want it can sip gas all day long. The power programmer can really suck some gas down if you are going for optimum performance, with FMF exhaust and a gear change. I tend to ride it like a 2 stroke and I can feel the tank getting lighter after 15 minutes of hard riding.
Thanks for posting this video - it helped me chose the same bike. I love my WR250R and this video is one of the things that swayed my decision to get one.
Nice! Still loving my WRR. 106 degrees today so not riding much lately. One thing the WRR did for me was get me back into riding/racing, which I plan to do more of in the fall. If you are ever out Fort Worth way, lets hit the trails!
It is in Crowley. Me and another guy have carved out a six mile loop. Come on out when it cools off a bit and I will show you. We might could even swap bikes for a lap if you want. WRR is pretty good offroad once you get some Track Master tires installed. I also did a few other mods. @taylor4I4ce
Yah I agree. It was my first vid and I just took a youtube song that was about the same length. I would much rather just hear the engine but camera was set wrong.
The trail is near Fort Worth Texas. We have put a lot of work into it and it has improved. It's about 6 miles now. If you are in the area I would be glad to show you the trail and where to park. Never hurts to bring some clippers too... RIDE ON!
Just me alone, lots of times a buddy. I was thinking when I was filming, that if I die, the GoPro camera is waterproof and would be my "black box" so friends and family could see how I went!
While watching this video I was like, "Wow! Can he ever keep a straight head!" And then I realized the camera was attached to the helmet....
Great music, great video. Although, since the camera is all the way up there, it makes me feel like I'm looking off the top of a skyscraper. Looks kind of strange. Great video though.
When you post a video on youtube, they have a selection of generic music that you can pick from. Most of the songs are short and I just looked for ones that were as long as the video, and picked this one. I forget who it is but it is growing on me. Now when I hear it I want to go ride!
I have wanted to make to see the beauty of the nature the motorbike it was only a mean to be able to arrive us if I wanted to make to see instead what it tries him to go on a yamaha I would have had to give the keys of my motorbike your sweet and reported comment to the nature I was not in a motion field cross
I still can't get used to the blue Yamaha, will always feel like they need to be yellow, ha. Pretty slick vid. Looks like it could be a street legal machine also. Nice trails, reminds me of when we lived out in the country in S. Illinois, bring the zig zags, meet the buds, and spend the afternoon riding! Good times!
That looks like one of the most fun trails of all time...total hobbit adventure trail. Sweet video!!! Nice flowy riding, too...super smooth lines...nice work!
What type of MPG do you get with that WR usually?

@motophile I'm sure it would be way higher if you rode on the street more, though.

@motophile 30mpg? what are your mods a hole in the gas tank? But seriously just curious as to your mods because 30 sounds really low for a 250

Hi, I've been looking for a trail like that for a while! This is probably a long shot, but roughly where is that?
