Ramon Vargas is a superb VERDI tenor. His LUISA MILLER in Germany last summer received glowing reviews. He will be doing it again soon in France and Germany. When is the MET's turn (or any major US company) ? Hope we don't have to go to Europe to hear him in this role.Thanks for posting.

I think he is maybe thebest of all todays toptenors, he sings everthing from Rossini to Verdi. What a power and control!
