Very well put together vid! With reference to the other comments here, we all think we look like the Athertons when we are tearing up our local trail, its impossible to assess someones talent from a five minute video. Looks like these guys are enjoying themselves and that is what mountain biking is all about, not just looking good on some expensive bike you got for christmas. Keep it up guys maybe see you up there sometime.
One of the fattest jumps possible up at Ashton court is achievable by coming down off of the lower golf course and hitting the road which crosses near the top, on the edge of this road it is edged by sunk logs which act like a kicker. I managed about 30 feet on a hard-tail which im amazed i survived!! Dare you try your luck? its basicly the big hill infront the house.
That was a cool little vid. Im just getting back into riding at the moment, live in Clifton and havent been round the ashton court trails yet. Buying a new bike in a week or two, looking at a Specialized Hardrock 2007 hydraulic disc jobbie. Got a hardrock ultra at the moment but had it since i was about 17 (im 25 now) so its a little dated :P
Argh, the standard 'wanker' comments.... got loads of em, check out my 'parcore' vid for examples...lol.
Oh for fuck's sake, you cunts really do take the piss. Where the fuck did I say that this video would contain ANYTHING LIKE the downhill freeride monkeyshit fashionable 1080° crazyness in things like the NWD videos that you've been spoiled with. You expect some awesome tricks despite my EXPLICIT CLAIMS that it doesn't have anything like that. I'd like to see a coherently edited video of your riding, just so you could realise how much work is involved in making such a video.
I know, I know... it's just our regular scalextric route, but it meant lugging the camera and tripod round wasn't too much effort. I've done much more challenging stuff, honest!
that was the worst thing ruby has ever seen

Out of interest, what editing software/camera did you use? I liked it so much, I went to your site and downloaded it!

Hi,
It was filmed on my bog-standard Canon MiniDV MV850i - nothing special - all edited together in Adobe Premiere.
Thanks for the comment!

You seem to have missed out the link to your video, Ridley Scott. Let's see your riding, shall we?
