Billy was a great rider, one of the last in a long long line of terrific yanks who rode in the UK. He only had 1yr at Belle Vue but man he was awesome.
Billy Hamill TRUE speedway legend, such a shame he's giving it in. this night was truely fantastic so amaing loved every minute of it. Sam and Billy on stage were so funny, reliving some of the fantasic memories that we all shared, i was only 2 when Cradley shut but it would be great if it could make a come back. Sunday was great so amazing to see so many people turn out to give him the farewell he deserves. CRADLEY HEATHENS ALL THE WAY
