@spamwastebucket Ah yes, maybe you can, but why waste time nudging them around, we used to tape the trannies to the film first and then apply it to the drum, saves trying to get things square whilst getting covered in oil! and this had the advantage of being able to effectively load a batch of trannies while the drum was in the scanner doing work. Those were the days, I have a Crosfield 6250 but I have only done a morning's worth of transparencies this YEAR! I do a lot of flat artwork though.

Why tape the trannies to the drum when you're using an overlay?
You can nudge the trannies into position then...

All that for a 2 mount tango drum scan, jeepers! Try mounting 133 - 35 mm's for a LinoType- Hell 3900 and film it!
