Great music there. I really enjoy the 190. I like the feel of the airplane. Particularly configured for approach. It feels very "solid" I guess would be a good word for it. Only gripe is the autothrottle particularly during landing. I feel like it chases itself back and fourth.

I looked for this plane because I flew in one yesterday from Ottawa to Toronto , and the landing was hard and bounced quite a bit. The plane was completely full of passengers and I thought that was odd but this video verifies it.

Favorite airline manufacturers are Boeing and Embraer. Boeing has been around forever and they make excellent aircraft, I also love their cockpits and no FBW. Embraer I love because their cockpits are just so sleek. Never will you see an overhead with so few buttons and switches. Hell, even starting the engines is just basically everything on auto and turn one knob lol

Beautiful aircraft, a pity that most Brazilian companies do not use this type of model, although it is manufactured in Brazil, only some companies use: The Blue airlines is the same owner of JET BLUE of the United States and others who use aircraft of the EMBRAER small!

they dont use autoland its an ils approach they disingage the autopilot at around 300 feet

why wouldn't they? You should keep on aligning until touch down. Especially in a xwind. You need to need to stay on the extended centerline.

Autoland is only used in on CAT 3 approaches. Not in weather conditions you see in this video.

Autopilot is disengaged at pilots discretion. In this scenario, the weather didn't necessitate disengaging the autopilot close to minimums.

you can use auto land in CAT II approaches as well if the airplane is certified. And if you're lazy, and the weather is good, you could still request a CAT III, and let the plane land it. lol not too likely though.
