why dont you do a benchmark with max resolution, that would help people, NOBODY wants to even think about laying in 800x600, it is actually pretty funny tbh.
@LFCforEver12341 haha what's with everyone's obsession with high resolution? IDK why, but I actually enjoy playing low rez than high, even if I can run both smoothly.
@RTX94 That makes no fucking sense. Higher the resolution, clearer the picture. Isnt that what the whole point is? To have a good looking game? Low-res = bad picture. high res = Good picture. HURRRR DEERRRRR
@TheEdmas13 Here's the deal: It runs fine all settings cranked up at ultra high 1360*768 res and there's no need for 16x AA at that resolution, but ofcourse you know nothing about it, and probably don't have a computer that can even run Crysis -.-
I choose to play ALL my games at low resolutions because I enjoy them that way.
I like playing all my games at that resolution, even if they run smooth on higher ones. It just feels better to be gaming like that, but it's a personal opinion...
Sooo..... you didn't provide the most important information.... what resolution are you running at to achieve "30-40" FPS? Any card in the HD 4xxx series can achieve 30FPS on Crysis (even high)... IF you run it at anything below 800 x 600. If this card can get atleast 25FPS STEADY at 1280 x 720 I'll be impressed, so what resolution are YOU running at?
@tedmcfly overclock (put simply) means increasing voltages to your processor so that it runs faster. FRAPS is just a program used to record frames per second; how many frames a pc can produce of this game per second (30+ is great).
@medothedarkness I figured there wouldn't be any need to install another new fan since I won't be overclocking any further. At the moment, my GPU are clocked at: Core-780MHz and Memory-980MHz.
I have the 1GB GDDR3 version of the card, and it runs all my games great for now =)
Everybody , Ask this guy how to make a bench mark video , You can actually see what you need to , ...Hey get an Arctic 7 cooling fan and that e7500's got a lot more in it , Mine's at 3.75ghz and that's all my Cheap Motherboard will give,...Go with Windows 7 64 bit and use all your ram , + it out performs X.P.....I could be wrong but that gigabyte motherboard is only 4x's PCI-e , I think.......
psh, anyone looks cool running in front of a green screen.

@RTX94 low res doesnt look at realistic in my opinion, and very boring, however you do have a point because its a lot smoother.

Settings were at 800*600.
Before you jump to any conclusions about why I play on such a low resolution, know that I play ALL my games on low rez.
I'll include that detail now.

2 questions..
what does "overclock" mean?
and
what is "FRAPS"?
also, i know... im a noob.
