@3:30... I don't know what lens the camera was using, but that canopy opening looks dangerously close to me. Very nice position, the only thing I'd suggest would be to arch a bit more with your pelvis.
It is common to lift the hips when first learning Knee turns, it will come. Good comment though. As for the canopy, certainly worth noting, but it was not an issue on the dive, just something we noted on film later. The people behind did not leave enough space. On windy days they seem to leave the same 5 seconds as usual even though the plane is crawling on jump run. We talked to them.
I really like the intent to stop hard at 2:19. Stopping is one of the best tools for 4way. Good stopping allows you to put harder inputs and will translate to speed.
Doesn't matter, you did great. Good eye though. You still got some elbow in. Keep the spine (z axis) straight with no body tilt and dig in the hand pointing in the direction of the turn more as you noted. You will have more speed, less tilt and more consistency. If the upper body lags and more arms, if the lower body lags add more legs. Balance gives a centre turn. Arch throughout the turn in the hips with the head up. There are some nice body position shots in the video.
