  • wow. very cool dude ive got the same woofer on more power ina reg slot port in my trunk it sounds great. but ur about twice as loud with 500 less wats

    Ya your box looks like it's maybe 2cuft total? That's a lot smaller then the one I built in this video. I believe this one is closer to 5 cuft on the deep side.... If you're box was twice that size and tuned to around 30-32hz you would see very significant gains in overall performance.... Probably hit twice as hard....

    It's a 6th Order style box and because the woofer is on the inside of the box, you get to port the Front side and the back side of the woofer. 6th order boxes play everything when built correctly. The back of this woofer is tuned to 29hz and the front is tuned to 58hz allowing it to play all frequencies without dropping off the power curve. 6th orders take twice the cubic feet, but they pound....
