forcec wuit on 3.0 is hold power button until the power off comes then hold the home button for 10 secconds

on 3.0 holding the home butten will open up the voice control thing

It's a feature on the iPhone 3G S only if you are not jailbroken. It's in the accessibility settings if you are. If you're jailbroken, go to the settings menu in SB settings, and it should be in there somewhere. Menu Bar?
