Its all too obvious that he didnt intend to kill MJ, and therefore is not a murderer. But, as a Doctor of Medicine, he should have been fully aware of his patients needs and capabilities, and should have been certain that injecting MJ with any fluids, would not cause any harm whatsoever. For this reason, he should now be allowed to practice Medicine any longer.

The evidence was supposedly all turned over to the prosecutor a month ago. I don't think Murray will be arrested at all. He is going to get away with murder. And yes, I do think it was murder.
