I have started putting some staff on the internet as well on my experiments with psoriasis.
I am currently only using a diet and see how this goes. I see you are now using Enbrel, so I will follow your videos as I wonder what the effects are on you.
I have decided about 6 years ago to no longer use Medication and searched for alternatives.
If you want you can follow how my psoriasis evolves... I have had psoriasis for 20 years.
@jcpsoriasis I like your videos. Good to watch an experiment like that and see how it goes. I'm impressed with the wheatgrass as well... How many boxes have you grown now? I think Enbrel might be the last medicine I use so if it doesn't work I might be following your experiments. Cheers, Steven
Growing the Wheatgrass is a continuous process, I am growing 10 trays at the same time as the all process from sprouting to harvesting takes approximately 10 days. However things have not yet going smoothly, more than half of the trays did not grow at all. I understood not all wheatberries found in the market are suitable for sprouting... I need to find another supplier :-) How is Enbrel going on at your end? What have you tried so far? Cheers, Jean-Claude
@jcpsoriasis Must be frustrating when they don't sprout... I have friends who are looking for a new supplier as well... don't think it's for wheatgrass though. Enbrel seems ok so far but there's no way to tell if it's going to work for my psoriasis at this point. No massive side effects yet - that's the only thing I'm really worried about. I have been through all the standard creams, UVB treatment, coal tar, dithranol, systemic drugs, retinoids, and fumaric acid esters... now it's etanercept.
