  • This dude is so sketchy

  • Ipad isn't pressure sensitive...I think only the cintiq is pressure sensitive...but I could still see the use of using one of these pads for rough sketches...you would have to set the opacity for each stroke I suppose...which sucks...I just can't afford a cintiq.

  • i want to know which is better in sketching ,,..... surely i want to knw the best pressure level is it ipad 2 or samsung galexy tab2 or hptm2 smart touch or.. what ?? i want to buy one and dunno which is better .. please help :) thanks

  • Did you use the Stylus that was with the pc or another one?

  • is it beter then i pad

  • @uriel9742 Hmm, well let's see. This is way smaller than the iPad yet way more powerful than it. It can be converted into a netbook. You can install Windows 8 on it.

...Yeah, I don't think the iPad, a.k.a. an overgrown iPod Touch, is in the same game as this...

  • Cooles Video einfach nur geil... gefällt mir sehr 5 Daumen nach oben.... die besten Grüße tabletwindows.de

  • ur shit sucks

  • This Netbook support pressure sensitivity only few program like alias sketchbook.

  • T101MT don't have any pressure sensitive.

  • How did you get pressure sensitivity? I keep seeing that the 101mt doesn't work in anything except Journal and Onenote..

  • lol this has this same features of a zenvo supercar, google it

  • what program is?

  • of course it sucks, this is a corporate laptop. Try the Asus SLATE, it has a multi-pressure pen, 4gb of ram and an i5 processor. it's not as precise as a Cintiq but it's pretty darn close to a Wacom intuos 3. get your facts straight first.

  • what software is this?

  • why are you using the touch screen (why are you DRAWING while the effing pad isn't even laid down) ... and add more ram , it works better

  • sunguckim Why don`t use this product?, what hapenned?, is bad?, pad is better than this tablet of Asus?, which is the best?, i want one for drawing.

  • @MANSONVAMPIRO ipad don`t use wacom

  • Can you play minecraft on this?

  • @branjumba

Sorry I'm no longer use this product

  • @branjumba that would so cool if you could. I'm just saying...

  • @branjumba If you're going to do gaming install the Broadcom crystal hd. If you do make sure you download the drivers and now there is a new version ASUS Eee PC T101MT-BU27

  • @branjumba yes you can :)

  • @branjumba but it laggs :PP

  • this touch panel sucks, sorry to say.

  • @euklid2000

    I think so kk

  • sorry man, but comparing this to cintiq? FAIL better change the description of the video

  • @rad0radish

    You're right

That was stupid comparison. It's unable to compare I think

But I just tried to describe its performance objectively.

    Sorry to make you uncomforted.

  • 70% quality of a cintiq?!!?!?!?? xD LOOOOOOOOL

it isn't 70% of a bad graphic tablet also!!!

  • @gigino85 the graphic tablet, and cintiq, have 1024 level of sensibility....this....1 !!!!!

How could you say something like that?!?!!?!? xD

  • What software is that ?

  • @dragon4xxx

    It's Alias Sketchbook

  • @sunguckim Oh, Thnx :3

    OMG~ It's been a month since I asked :O

The time is passing so fast~ v_v

  • Wuld this be good for drawing manga? =P

  • @TheBasement101

It's hard to use for professional purpose.

  • nice demo. does it matter which stylus you use? or do you have to use the pen that came with asus. the reason im asking is that, looking at the video, the pen seems too small for me. i want to be able to use a larger pen for comfort. i wonder if you can use a wacom pen. thanks.

  • @paperlessanimation

Yes the pen is too small to use in comfort.

But you can use any kind of stylus pen in T101MT include Wacom's.

  • @sunguckim

i guess it uses electromagnet technology which wacom uses for the penableb tablet device.

  • the car is too girly.. hehehe i want this pc.. but i still need to save some cash if i cant find this in italy i might buy the hptouchsmart2 :( but is tiwce the price.. :(

  • Can you do a quick video where you write some notes on ms word on one note? Cause I was thinking about getting this for using in college for taking notes. Can you take notes quickly including graphs/diagrams? Does it feel similar format to writing on a sheet of paper?

  • Do you think that iPad is better to buy for sketching??

  • @TheTwoFortyZ Ipad has no pressure sensitivity. though for the same price as the ipad the tablet PC show on the vid is tons better.

  • @TheTwoFortyZ

I can't tell which one is better because they are apples and oranges.

  • @TheTwoFortyZ

You can't really sketch with an I-Pad.

For sketching it's even worse than this T101 with resitive screen.

For real good sketching you need a Wacom digitizer - like in graphic Tablets.

The new eee slate has one or the HP TM2 if you want more power.

  • haha so you bought one too? Are you using the Windows Starter that it came with? I've found that Windows 7 Home Premium + Asus Penwrite driver is faster and more accurate. I put a second demo up, you can see the line speed has less lag now so I think Home Premium is good

  • @cforcalvin Thx for information. After 2 days I brought it,I setup Ultimate K version. I wanted test multi touch. Even I added 1G RAM more, I worried about it slowdown. But It work quite well now. Also I do not use T101MT anymore when I need Sketch. cuz It's so inconvienient.

    Have a good day.

  • @sunguckim ´what do use you?

  • I love this little tablet! I ordered two for my nieces and I can't wait to get them!

  • What program are you using? Has a great interface for touch screens.

Nicely drawn btw. You're a very good artist :)

  • @RidgeRacerLord Seems to be SketchBook.

    @sunguckim:

Does it support pressure sensitivity? It's quite hard to notice from your video.

Have you tried out how well does T101MT perform with Photoshop?

  • @goalitium Yeah T101MT support 256 level pressure sensitivity. But I felt like less than 10 level. kk

And I didn't try it in Photoshop yet.

  • @sunguckim I just tested with Photoshop CS5 and got absolutely NO pressure sensitivity support. Same thing with latest GIMP (windows version, no) and very old Paint Shop Pro 7. Only program where i'm getting pressure sensitivity is Windows Journal.

I also heard PenWrite in finger mode gives more pressure levels (256) than in pen mode (128), so try changing those settings.

  • @goalitium Thank you for advice !

You would better using Alias Sketch Book. It support pressure. Compare with Wacom's tablet, T101MT's pressure sensitive is pretty suck. But It can useful when I use it rough sketching not detail sketch.

  • @RidgeRacerLord That's Alias Sketch Book 2010 pretty nice sketch program.

    It's so light and fast.
