there are 54 survivors in the game, you can save a maximum of three meaning that you can miss three as long as you save the other 50.

CpNickel You ARE supposed to let the case run out. By letting it run out you will be able to get Barnaby, Isabela, Brad, Jessie and the helicopter pilot as survivors on your list. The only thing that you lose for letting it run out is being able to rescue Simone because she is worried about her zombie bite and the only way to rescue her is to let Barnaby die. So you are sacrificing one person for another.

@GraveyardSpirit lookit, i know this was two years ago, but i am replaying this game (b/c when i returned my xbox to best buy w/ red rings, the geek squad ERASED my gamer profile while i was in the bathroom, NO SHIT!, i had 41,015 gs and they fucked me hardcore) anyway, when i got saint b4 i got the "true" ending and still got 52 survivors... you can still get it, if you finish the cases, i mean i did it, so i know you can, but how is it, if you got all four of them, wouldn't you have like 56?
