for those guys who commented and not knowing about this competition at all ie. @amarawarrior and kristnt..please come over here in the uk i am sure our low armour group can show you how not to block. this is stick fighting not sword fighting DOH!....if i did sword fighting i don't think i would be standing there taking the cuts, don't you think?...as i always say try it before you make bitchy comments about people who love playing this type of game...leave your foul comments in the PS3 forum!!!

Is this considered a good fight? Ermar was just a Bull rushing in. His Cardio conditioning is excellent but it looks like he wins fights because he can withstand the blows more than anyone and just keep going forward! Arnis is based on a SWORD ART! The sticks Represents Bladed Weapons! This is the Problem with WEKAF tournaments,fighters get used to the padding and just swing away. Basically The person less tired Wins! No technique? In Reality Combat,both people are DEAD due to all the Cuts!

Since the y bull rush each other... there's no caution and therefore no blocks! checked out other videos of wekaf tournaments and they all look the same! Padding always give you a false sense of reality.

yup we use normal wekaf sticks and yes it hurts like hell.

I have very little knowledge about a lot of the fighters in the U.K. circuit. My Doce Pares team fought at the SENI 08 (and later South East Regionals) where I saw the black guy, Roger Barnes, fight. I have to say that Roger and his team were a bunch of cracking guys and excellent sportsmen win or lose. If the atmosphere we have experienced from all the different styles is the norm then we will certainly be attending more tournaments.
