@hatespreader666 djent is a genre of music labeled by the djent chord. i find it funny that this video has even been posted because most breakdowns in every metalcore band uses the chord, however in general djent is reffering to meshuggah-like bands (the original band that invented djent).

And for your question, im a solo artist that is trying create Dub-Step fused djent. I am still trying to achive the perfect tone and sound. There isnt really anything else intresting to say.

Furthermore, words change in meaning over time through popular usage. That's how language works. I don't see why we're fighting the 'djent as a genre' thing.
