The Catholic church does not deny Christ. This revived Roman Empire (which does not even exist) is not reviving but Islam is. Islam is reviving and growing. It seems like the tribulation is already starting. I for one do not believe in the Rapture. After reading scripture I see not direct mention of a Rapture. I see that we will be called up to be with Christ. It doesn't say that such an event will actually happen before the tribulation.
