  • I also find it hilarious that they have swimsuit models testifying about it. Of course it works for them!! They are already 6 feet tall and don't eat, so all they have to do is do the quick 10 minutes before a shoot to make their muscles pop and they're good to go!!

  • 10 minutes is NOT ENOUGH TIME to see results. I am a group fitness instructor, and I wear a heart rate monitor in all my classes that tracks the duration, my heart rate, and calories burned in each workout. I typically burn between 500 and 660 calories in each 60 minute session (closer to 500 in low impact classes and over 600 doing more intense cardio). That's about 100 calories every 10 min. If 1lb of fat is 3,500 calories, it takes a LOT more than 100 calories a day to get results!!

  • My husband uses P90X and he has muscles I've never seen on him being with him for 6 yrs! I use Turbo Jam and loved how happy I became eating healthy. But we had to move and haven't worked out and forgot my Turbo Jam. My husband wants to buy 10 min Trainer for me and I don't know if I want to cause I'd feel like I'm cheating on Charlene lol is there anyone out there who's had tried this please tell me your results? How it is. Does it really work?

  • These things keep getting more and more ridiculous and morons keep buying it. The way to get fit is a lot of hard work, there are no shortcuts. Stop being a lazy fat shit and work out properly. Hopping around for ten minutes won't do shit. Next month they'll come out with a five second workout. And then those pills where you don't even have to do anything and lose weight.   • I bought this but have not used it yet. Sure, I think that the results they are showing are extreme - but I believe the concept is correct. It mixes cardio with strength training which is supposed to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time for maximum results. The concept is similar to Jillian Michael's 30 day shred (and other workouts) and I know for a fact that works. So, I am going to try this as well.

  • At least they use mostly real before and after photos. (Doesn't mean that it's really the tony Horton thing that is making them lose weight but hey) Very convincing video but 10 minutes a day is bound to have dangerous results... you need good time to warm yourself up and stretch before doing heavy workouts. Going straight into heavy workout mode is dangerous and will harm your body. Just eat healthy food in healthy portions with and exercise according to your individual body needs. :)

  • @KoiNohappygolucky You are exactly right. A warm-up should be 10 minutes by itself, so a 10 minute full workout is just asking for trouble.

  • @zolution123123 Nah, he is just turned sideways with his shoulders facing forward to make him look even thinner and also they airbrushed him. He is fit, but they used some visual tricks to make him look even thinner.

  • Respond to this video... To lose weight you have to exercise, for at least 30 min a day and eat less.. Obviously, when you lost the weight you want, you take it easier or work out for less time because at that point you just want to tone your body.. I find that cardio work outs are good for me plus give me lots of energy. My favorite thing to do though is walking/hiking.. I have friends who prefer other things like running.. Find a work out/ activity you like to do and it won't be tedious.

  • I did p90x and got in the best shape of my life.....even after having a baby! I'm 5'4", I got down to 109 lbs and had six-pack abs! My days are getting busier and long workouts are hard to squeeze in, so this program is very appealing to me. After my experience with p90x, I totally believe in Tony Horton and would trust the workouts he puts his name on. If I try these videos and they don't give the results they claim, I'll definitely post my disappointment on here. Results=Diet 80% Exercise 20%

  • @jksindis: Portion sizes are highly important. The best way to lose weight is to learn to eat what you love but eat less of it! You have to make a life-style change.Pre-plan your meals for the day in the morning, you'll be less likely to binge eat. When you go to a restaurant, eat only 1/2 the dinner and bring home the rest for the next day. My favorite plan is four 400 calorie meals per day. Or three 400 calorie meals with 2 under 200 calorie snacks. Move your body even if it's 10 min a day!

  • If it's only a 10-minute workout, why are there 5 Cd's and 10 little booklets that go along with it? Might be a great work-out routine but those people in the ad obviously cut back their calories to get that ripped. They didn't just exercise 10 min. a day. BS!!!!

As a p90x user my wife wanted to workout but has little time. She ordered the program, and it comes with a very nice and very easy to use diet program. It described ordinary canned goods to use and things most everyone has. In 10 minutes it had sweat coming off of my face, and I am ripped. It's a pre-cursor program for p90x, it works

    Sorry for the brutal comment. I may have over looked that you werent knocking the program, and were simply addressing that they did not speak of the diet program. All beach body products I have purchased fills you in on what you need like no other.

  • @11 seconds, i think it is real because i just watched the infomercial, and there is video too, but the bigger concern should be that it says "results will vary" and he didn't have that much to lose. BUT we shouldn't judge this based on the infomercial, but by people who actually have and used this...... which is what i am looking for here.

  • I did p90x and it worked really well, I also have 10 minute trainer for the days when I'm too busy for p90's hour workout. Its great for maintaining. To all those people who keep saying it doesn't work are most likely fat, so don't listen to them :P

  • If you follow the program and diet, it will work. The only problem is that its too short and too few vids so they get boring. I mix it in p90x for days when im too busy, cause you always have 10 mins for a workout, unless you are really lazy. P90x works really well, even without diet u will still see results like strength gain and endurance.

  • The formula to weight loss is easy...Eat less & exercise more! If you remember this on your weight loss journey it'll be a piece of cake* (which you can eat but not the whole damn thing. lol.) Now put the rest of those chips and dip down and bust a sweat!!! (5-6 days a week for 1 hour!! Add resistance training and interval cardio sessions and you'll see your body change quickly.   • In personal experience, the best excersises re HIIT , where you workout with everything you got for 20 mins to 30 mins, rather than moderate or heavy excersise for longer periods , its what i always do and it doesnt pass over to running out of fat to eat and start pecking at your muscles for fuel, DONT RUN A MARATHON , SPRINT, DONT TIRE YOURSELF OUT FOR HOURS, WHOOP YOUR OWN BUTT FOR 30 MINS, AND YOU'LL BURN CALORIES EVEN WHEN YOUR SLEEPING , AS FOR DIET, OBVIOUSLY , EAT LITTLE AND OFTEN.

Sure maybe not in the 10 mineuts a day range. But you dont need vitamins and spulements, as long as you eat better and do this you will see results.

    I feel great afterward, and that's a first result... I think...
