The third endings, rather than 'if the campain never happened', there may be a reason for Oboro Muramasa to be the 'destroyer of fate'. Kisuke dreamed the campain, or the Oboro Muramasa allowed Kisuke to change his fate (and that of Torahime)

if they make a sequal the should base it around kisuke's second ending or a mixture of momohime's second ending and kisuke's third ending
