@bennywest96 the milk temp has to be between 60-70c....65c is perfect, use a thermometer or hold the "motta" while frothing and once it comes to the point that its too hot to hold then its ready :)

puedes utilizar cualquier chocolate liquido y utiliza la leche de tu preferencia y dale buena consistencia ala espuma, la crema de leche es mas espesa que la leche, yo recomiendo que sea solo leche. solo necesitas practica con el Arte Late ^^

El Tema es que la leche tiene un sierto espesor , no es la leche comun LIQIDA como tomas todos los dias, y como bien dijiste es cuestion de provar

@stephinita HOLA, te decía que puedes utilizar cualquier tipo de leche como la que tomas todos los dias para hacer arte late. no es necesario usar crema de leche. Yo hago arte late con leche normal y la mayoria de los Baristas asi lo hacemos. inclusive puedes usar leche descemada o semidescremada o ligth yo puedo hacer arte late con esas incluso.

Es cuestion de practica y de saber espumar la leche.

Latte is latte... For American, otherwise called Caffe Latte in Italy. Cappucino is totally different with Latte, difference between is 1 stronger in coffee taste (Cappu) and the other more in milk less in foam(Caffe Latte). Even the method of doing both drinks are different.

Latte is just a flat white in a glass cup, not a ceramic cup. Capuccino is just flat white with little more foam and chocolate dust.

The only difference in strength is long or short demi-tasse (shot). A long is either a double shot, or a short and a half depending on the cup and how tight the boss is.
