Intelligent understanding of the situation. Taking the view from the corporations point, the money and work lost, and why it isn't worth it in some situations to keep pregnant women on. It's unfortunate when it happens, but you do have to look at it from both sides, and within a capitalist society, the government shouldn't be stepping in to interfere with the market, otherwise you drive more companies out of the country taking away more jobs.

Impressive. She's accepting the idea of individual choice (choosing to become and maintain a pregnancy) and its causal outcomes and how that can cause her to lose her job without government protections.

That, while perhaps insensitive to some perhaps, is a complete lack of hypocrisy on an issue.
