  • I was there. Awesome show - Trevor is one of the best musicians in the world, and a cool guy to hang with.

  • This is my very favorite version of this song. So exuberant & full of joy & heart. Nothing like having the songwriter interpret their own songs..which Trevor does so exquisitely here and you can feel the happiness & joy he derives from making the audience happy. His singing, musicianship, and his otherworldly songwriting..just are so radiant & supreme.

  • The keyboard player is Mark Mancina who also produced Emerson, Lake and Palmer's 1992 album "Black Moon."

  • @zkxv Mark also scored the "Twister" soundtrack which Trevor played guitar on! Nice that they collabroate on such wonderful diverse musical projects.

  • One day I hope some concert footage surfaces from this. What a wonderful & insightful document of Trevor's fire & artistry that would be. (Hint..Hint!..to Trevor if he reads YT!) ;-)

  • @arweiss100 Ask him that the next time you interview him! :D

  • great song! love it

  • Great version of a great tune.. My band used to cover this like... 15 years ago..

    Cheers from the UK

  • I LOVE this song...and THIS version is the best..so beautiful, more so every time I hear it! Gonnna be my ringtone someday if I can find this version! :D

  • @WaxLonghorn..Trevor wrote this, lyrics & music, & his demo for this, before Yes & Jon used it are on Trevor's outtakes record, "90124". This is his song..and I think he sings it best! (I find that songwriters have much passion, joy & love interpreting their own creations & artistry), which Trevor does here!

  • Wow, I was so surprised to here the vocals on this....awesome!!! Who would have thought Jon could be reproduced, in a live version that is better than yes!

  • Love 4:00-4:10 the complete lyrics not in the Yes radio edit..so beautiful/

  • Trevor Rabin resurrected the band YES. It's too bad now he has to score movie soundtracks to make a living. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

  • @BearWoodward

i wouldn't say it's too bad that he has to do soundtracks. he gets to work at home and makes MORE money in the process!

  • @nigelmama I agree, besides his real genius gets to be appreciated on soundtracks, which i don't think always is the case with Yes

  • Trevor's version on his 1989 solo tour, is even more beautiful...and this resonates so much radiant exuberance, when the songwriter..performs, sings, & plays it, himself...

  • Is there video available for this? Would love to see it.
