  • how do you play the intro, and a BEGINNER/ OR EASIER WAY PLEASE! :)

  • what kinda distioron pedal are you using

  • All I can say is... thanks, dude.

  • A story I heard was that the band was traveling in a car and stopped somewhere in New Mexico for gas. Neil played the intro on an acoustic guitar. Don't know if that's true, but it's a great story.

  • the song was a poem, written by ross valory's wife.. thus D valory getting credit for writing the song..

  • your awesome! Thank you for showing me this!!!

  • great post Dude. Any chance of working out the solo too? :)

  • very impressive

    now show us how SLOWLY

  • that was my problem too :(

  • I like your guitar sound better than Journey's. However, their ORIGINAL lead singer in 1977 wrote this song. His name is Robert Fleischman. He originally performed it with Journey too. It was altered from a song that Robert did from a previous band called "Make It". With a little combo help from a Diane Valory poem, you have this song.

Robert's birthday is on March 11th. How about playing it for HIS birthday, rather than Perry's?

  • i want to know how to play the intro...but thanks anyways

  • the ouvertüre is the very best

  • EXCELLENT!!
