Awesome, so my guess is - as you train, the strength in your wrist/hand/fingers increases which allows you to balance and control the movement better? Is that what the drill is?
I was watching your tutorial videos and was thinking "heck im 1 day into this and i can do a palm iso better than you :D and your video editing skillz, were not even there hahah.

i have to say, that i am new at CJ, however i have juggled for some time prior. i must say, as for any preformance art including any juggling, control, elegance, and grace surpasses any vast quantity of tricks. it seems like what you're doing is spreading yourself a little thin, or not practicing enough on the isolations. keep at it. your better than me, but i've only tried my hand at contact for about a month, but like i said, i'm catching up 0.-

Bravo, lots of improvement from your "tutorial" videos. Word of advice on fist stalls, try to keep your knuckles flatter. Pinkies and ring fingers sticking out makes for a less impressive ball position.

it'd be one thing if you threw the ball in the air and it just sat there or moved on its own.. but you're just moving a ball around your hand..

i would try to really calm down your palm spin iso
when doing the back of hand to back of hand transfer portion of a butterfly, make the transfer more at your wrists.
