@TheMachRider didn't know that but still, doing it say everyday shortens the engine's life a lot. that's pretty much logic, even though as you say it's not like it explodes due to revving it to the limiter sometimes

Definitely the Termignoni. The crackle, the crispness. To be honest, I think there has been far too much emphasis on the low frequency component of the note in the more contemporary exhaust. For me, nothing beats the old Conti's, low but also with the crisp crackle.

the termies are on the 748 and the bos on the 916... silver fork tubes are the give away.  look closer and you will see... so its the 748 that revs out and rattles the limiter and the 916 looks tame coz it doesnt rev out. you all need sum biking experience before you make big statements... tell me im wrong then???? and 748 sounds best at 4000rpm and tickover blips. 6000rpm it sounds like a massey ferguison....... behave!

I have Termi's on my 748 and I prefer riding at <6k rpm cos that's when it makes cats explode.

Above 6k it begins to sound a bit boring IMO.

Hahaha. Before I read your comment I watched the vid. During the 916 bit I asked myself, "Did he just bounce it off the rev limiter...[2 seconds pass, same sound reoccurs].....yep!" This comment made me laugh about it again. Brilliant bikes though, and we know the limiter works on the 916!
