could you imagine RARE still working for the Nintendo? there would not be stupid ass games like the ninja bread man or Anubis 2. the Nintendo Wii-u would have a brand new banjo kazooie, the 3ds would have a remake of the KI gold but with much more improved graphics, again the Wii-u would have a brand new perfect darkness while the 3ds would have a remake of conker's bad fur day... N64 games arent the only rare games to find..plain ADVENTURE games are hard to find since the PS2 got cut out of the question, games only appear as shooters on the PS3 and Xbox360 i have a wii and im glad nintendo is still following up with adeventure games because the 64 was the ULTIMATE system for great exciting adventure platforming games that had the least amount of shooters on it and needless to say thats the reson why i love the 64.

@RedSouthCity I'm not much of a snowboard fan on N64, but I am a Banjo Tooie, South Park, and even a Rayman 2 fan. Reasons are:

For Banjo Tooie: I like when you play as Kazooie and A and hold down Z to fly

For South Park: I never knew about the show until now even thought it's TV-MA-L when it should be TV-PG-L because it doesn't use that much language

For Rayman 2: Rayman can fly with his helicopter hair

As far as the series goes Donkey Kong 64sucks. As a platformer on the nintendo 64 it's awesome. If you like collecting items and puzzle elements it's good. The bosses aren't really great and the beat-em-up parts kinda suck. If you can find it on the cheap go for it.

Super Mario 64 is a good bet. It really shows off what the system can do. Star Fox 64 is awesome as well, but not everyone is into dog fighters. There are so many awesome games for this system. Just think about your favorite genres and find games based on that.

Welp that's a bit though. It all depends on what kind og genres you like. If you like classic action NES, if you like Shumps and great multiplayer SNES, if you like platformers and racing N64, the gamecube has alot of really good stuff, but it's a hard to system to collect for and alot of the games are crap.
