Senior Advocate, who is officially her counsel from the very beginning of the case and even as per her admission, she is connected with this case from the very beginning. Question is what stopped/ prevented her from not taking any action either before some concerned authority or at least concerned Hon'ble Court where she was summoned to depose. She is pursuing the case tooth and nail and now after her deposition before the Court, nothing survives

Though the authenticity of the tape is definitely full of doubt, yet, assuming though not admitted, even as per the statement, if this tape was there with her in May 2010, what made her to withhold it for such a long period. She had ample opportunity to disclose this fact so that remedial measures could be taken at the very first instance by way of lodging report or bringing to the notice of the Court as she had throughout legal aid with her through Mr. H.S.Phulka

Nirpreet Kaur was examined in the court from 06.01.2011 to 02.02.2011, whereas the telecast shows that tape is manipulated and compiling of alleged tape of sting operation is of two different days i.e. 20.05.2010, February and March 2011

This sting operation is obviously a conspiracy and afterthought manipulation to frame Mr. Hanspal for imminent gain in the ensuing Punjab elections.

Nirpreet Kaur is neither a crucial witness nor her evidence is connected with the subject matter of the case under trial as she is not witness to the killing of 5 persons. The channel, as the basic courtesy demands, should have asked Mr.Hanspal to give his side of the story so that viewers could know the other side of it to enable them to arrive at their conclusion/ judgement. The channel rather twisted the facts and presented it to the viewers.
