This GOP budget is not only a JOKE, but it's DISGUSTING and CRUEL.

How could you POSSIBLY raise taxes on the poor when the poor can not afford to pay those taxes!!

Translations:

"Improve budget by offering amendments" - Strategy to stall voting on the budget.

"Positive amendments on policies" - gutting all projects and cutting taxes for the wealthy.

TRUTH - Republicans have NO INTEREST is passing Obama's budget. They have NO CHANCE of passing an alternative budget. All they want to do is slow things down so everything gets worse, then they'll try to blame the Democrats in the next election.
